Having an awesome realtor is a must when buying or selling a home. I am to the moon and back happy with our experience with Maddox Real Estate and our agents Amy Davis and Lisa Chilton. We started out acquaintances and ended up as family. It's funny when that happens, but you get that personalized, attention to detail, friendly feeling, from the first conversation and it only gets better and easier from there. They saw the potential our home had for a unique market and listed it accordingly to get us top dollar at the end. I highly recommend you reaching out to them if you find yourself wanting a change of scenery, you will not regret it.

Maddox Real Estate recently helped me purchase my first home. It was a great experience. I had been looking for something very specific for months, and not getting any of my offers accepted. Once I hired the Maddox team, it was clear that their level or professionalism, and organization, went a long way in communicating to the listing agent that my offer was solid. All throughout the transaction, Jason managed everyone's expectations, and kept temperatures cool. I even got a 5K seller credit after reviewing some "new" news found on the inspection reports.
